Walk for Thames Reach
Thames Reach supports people in London who are facing or experiencing homelessness, by working with government and local authorities to make things better, where it's team is part of the solution: from outreach workers who help people on the streets all day – and all night – to its research and reports that help shape government policy. Thames Reach runs homelessness services for local authorities in and around London, working with other specialist organisations from mental health to employment advice. It's here to get people the support they need, at the right time, for as long as they need it.
